First, use a caliper to measure the thickness of the table diameter. By measuring, the diameter of the 3K factory 5811 is 41 mm, the thickness is 8.2 mm, and the weight is 126 grams. In addition, the thickness will be a little lighter than the original (the original is made of platinum, and the 3K is 316l steel). Other data are synchronized with the original.
On the front, the 3K factory 5811 mirror is made of sapphire glass, which has high transparency and a relatively transparent edge. The dial is designed in blue. Compared with the genuine product, there will be a little color difference, and the original edge is a gradual change of blue with a little black, while the 3K factory color is a little light. If the 3K factory 5811 is darker, the reduction will be higher.
Aside from the color difference, the workmanship of the dial is relatively delicate, the radiation pattern is also relatively delicate, several hands are polished in place, the edges are also relatively smooth without burrs, and the nail scale and hands are filled with luminous light.

In terms of the case, the 3K factory is made of 316 stainless steel, which is designed with a two-piece structure like the genuine product. It is not used to directly use the three-piece structure of the old 5711. It can be seen that the 3K factory has deliberately restored the original details.
On the other side is the screw-in handle head, which has a Kara Zhuohua cross relief on the head, which is clearer and three-dimensional when magnified several times. In addition, the method of lowering the time, first of all, this is a screw handle head, which needs to be screwed off counterclockwise first, and unscrewed clockwise is to wind up, pull out the first gear to adjust the calendar, and adjust the time in the second gear. It is worth mentioning that the time adjustment of 3K factory 5811 is non-stop for seconds, while the genuine product can be stopped for seconds. I will explain the reason for this difference later.
Next, the strap of the 3K factory 5811 Nautilus is made of 316L stainless steel, with very solid workmanship. The middle is polished, and the two sides are brushed and polished, making the whole thing in place.

In terms of movement, the 3K factory Nautilus 5811 still uses the 324 integrated movement, but in terms of lettering, it is changed to 330, which is not the real 330 movement. We can see where the red arrow points in the picture, its upper sprocket is different from the original, and the horse wheel next to it is also a little different, but other structures are similar to the original, because the original 330 movement is also based on the 324 movement to upgrade, which is also the reason for the non-stop seconds mentioned above. Finally, if you want to buy the new 5811, the 3K factory is a good choice. The disadvantages are the color difference of the disk, the movement cannot be stopped for seconds, and the weight will be different. If you don’t tear the old and new models, Bokey still recommends the 3K factory’s classic Nautilus 5711.
