This one was customized by the customer in Bokey, mainly changing the dial color, hands and calendar. Let’s take a look at the difference between the modified Nautilus green leather drill ring and the original 3K to see what’s good.

Look at the dial first. On the left is the disassembled 3K original dial, and on the right is the changed replacement dial. You can see that the color of the substitute is closer to the original dark green, and the radial effect is clearer and more delicate, and it will not be as foggy as the original 3K dial. There is also a roundness on the scale. The scales of the 3K factory are relatively sharp, while the replacement dial is closer to the original. It has rounded corners and is more reflective and textured.

In terms of calendars, the font of the calendar disc produced by the original 3K factory is a little smaller than the original one, which is not thick enough. However, the alternative calendar disc is relatively accurate, and the modified effect is clear at a glance. It is as thick as the original and fills the entire window.

The pointer is mainly in the middle axis and the thickness of the pointer. The opening of the middle axis of the substitute pointer is relatively small, not as empty as in the 3K factory, and the thickness of the pointer is relatively good. The pointer of the 3K factory is relatively thin, like an iron sheet.

The case and strap are all the original effects of the 3K factory, which have been done very well, so there is no need to modify them.

As for the movement, it is mainly done in the lettering, and the effect is closer to the original. The 3K original factory does not give lettering because the movement factory does not give lettering, so the overall effect will be lost when printing is used.
